EDUCATION OF FOREIGN CITIZENS (including citizens of CIS)

Foreign citizens including citizens of CIS countries are accepted for education on all specialties and to all departments of the university and also to the post-graduate course.

Foreign citizens sent for education along the state line (on intergovernmental treaties) are accepted for education on budget basis.

Russian citizens of CIS countries may participate in common contest on budget places. Acceptance of documents is from June 25 to July 15. Beginning of the examinations is from July 16 of the current year.

Matriculation of foreign citizens including citizens of CIS countries for education on contractual basis is carried out on the basis of interview. Acceptance of documents is carried out till August 25 of the current year in the international department. The education is requiring payment the amount of payment shall differentiate depending on the chosen specialty.

At the international department of the university there have been organized preparatory courses for foreign citizens. The students shall learn Russian language and other subjects in accordance with the chosen specialty. Documents are accepted till November 1 of the current year. The education is requiring payment the amount of payment shall differentiate depending on the chosen specialty.

Foreign citizens shall produce the following documents:

1. Copies of documents of education (not lower than secondary education)

2. Copy of certificate of birth

3. Medical certificate

4. Test on AIDS

5. 16 photographs

To put in order an official invitation for entry in the Russian Federation for education there shall be necessary to have a Xerox copy of the passport of the invited person, information of his/her status in the homeland, money for putting in order the invitation.
